 OPERATIONS FINANCE MANAGER

Woermann Brock, a leading Namibian retail group, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operations Finance Manager to join our team.

  Overview:

 We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all operational administrative and financial-related functions. Your primary role will be to support the growth of our business through efficient and effective stock takes, astute financial management, correct administration, and strict adherence to policies and procedures.

 Key Performance Indicators:

 •        Shrinkage Management

 •        Implementing and Managing Stock Take Controls and Action Plans

 •        Security and Risk Management

 •        IT Hardware Management

 •        Elko - Time Management

 •        Recruitment and Selection Processes

 •        Storerooms and Receiving Management

 •        Claims and Waste Management

 •        Cash Controls and Banking Procedures

 •        Industrial Relations (IR) Investigations and Discipline

 •        Expense Management

 •        Staff Management

 Requirements:

 •        A minimum of a 3-year Accounting Degree or equivalent. Completion of Articles will be an advantage.

•        At least 3 years of working experience in a relevant position.

 •        Extended exposure to financial reporting and documentation.

 •        A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
