Woermann Brock, a leading Namibian retail group, has Regional Manager Positions available in the Central (Windhoek) and Mid North.  JOB SUMMARY:

 The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of branches reporting to the incumbent. The goal is to ensure profitability and growth of the customer base by providing a clean, fresh, and attractive environment with an effective supply of the right stock at competitive prices. The Regional Manager must also assess the operational practices of all stores in the area, ensuring compliance with marketing and sales campaigns and budget, sales, and profit targets. The position also involves managing human resources for the region in line with policy.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

 Analyze information regularly to identify non-compliance and take corrective action.

 CANDIDATE PROFILE:

 Passed Grade 12.

Tertiary qualification is an advantage.

 At least 5 years of experience in branch management in retail or a similar environment, with 3 years at a senior management level.

Experience in conducting investigations and preparing disciplinary and performance review.

Familiarity with financial reporting documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail-specific systems.

Strong numeracy and English language skills.
